YUM!
So this is mildly unimportant but I HAD CHEESE TORTELLINI FOR DINNER! OH MY GOODNESS I can not even tell you how heavenly it was to eat a heaping plate of tortellini I could have eaten three more bowls.
AND it’s was an extreme contrast to Jana and Natalie’s dinner tonight…they had this for dinner:

FIJADOS!
I can not even count the number of times I hear people say “Fijados!” here in Madrid. It means, pay attention.
ANYWAY, GUESS WHAT!?! IT IS GOING TO BE 81 DEGREES IN MARRAKESH THIS WEEKEND. I CAN NOT BELIEVE IT. I am so ready to go on my camel ride and get a bath/massage. Ahh…counting down [...]
